Visitor Information
We are happy to deliver flowers or cards to our patients. If the patient has been discharged, we will forward to their home address. Please, no latex balloons, as some patients are allergic. Also, please refrain from fragrant flowers, such as lilies, as many are sensitive to scents.
There are exceptions in critical care areas. Please call the hospital at 218-365-8710 with any questions you may have.

Guest trays for visitors in the patient’s room may be ordered by letting your nurse know. Cash payment is due upon delivery.
The cafeteria is on the ground floor and is open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:15 p.m.
The BWCC Cafe offers the following food options in the Fresh Food Fridge:
- Soup, sandwiches, desserts, and salads
- Cold cereal, pastries, bagels, fresh fruit, coffee, and cappuccino
- Vending snacks and pop machines are also available in the cafeteria.
