Nursing Home
A 40-bed extended care nursing home addition was constructed in 1967. In 1970, a 30-bed skilled nursing facility was added and, again in 1983, a 30-bed intermediate care facility was completed.These additions were financed entirely through local donations and operating revenue. Today, we are a 59-bed skilled nursing home residence.
Our facility has been through many remodeling projects in keeping with changing times. In 1993, we completed a spacious dining room where our residents can also watch TV and participate in various activities.
In 2002, remodeling of our southwest nursing home addition transformed our semi-private rooms into twenty single occupancy suites.
